Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs a variety of secretarial, technical, organizational and administrative activities to support the functions of the assigned Department. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to departmental staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Ensures efficient office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assists with special projects and events, as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
