Job Summary:
OpenRoad 1st Choice LLC is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for writing estimates for vehicle repairs that meet manufacturer and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating and writing preliminary estimates and supplemental estimates
- Working with the parts department to correctly identify parts that need to be ordered
- Collaborating with service advisors to complete insurance-compliant estimates
- Working with technicians to ensure 100% of damages are identified and documented
- Providing good quality photo documentation of the damage
- Leading the team for disassembly of the repair
- Driving cycle time with the production manager using repair phases effectively
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in collision estimating
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in CCC estimating and management
- Ability to use and understand parts ordering software
- Attention to detail
- Team player with an energetic personality and great customer service attitude
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
