Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree along with four years of relevant finance experience; additional education or experience may be considered.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar large-scale finance system.
  • A demonstrated ability to learn new software and hardware systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships.
  • Effective prioritization and deadline management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in project or cost accounting.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions.
  • Experience supporting multiple units within a service-oriented team.
  • Familiarity with federal and state business regulations.
  • Ability to mentor and coach colleagues.
