Compensation

  • Annual base salary ranging from $38,000.00 to $130,000.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Install heating and cooling systems following manufacturer guidelines and company protocols
  • Be available for after-hours work, including weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Exhibit basic mechanical skills and engage in routine physical labor
  • Utilize basic computer skills to manage work orders and access relevant information
  • Enhance installation techniques through observation and hands-on practice
  • Adhere to verbal and written instructions to maintain consistent quality of work
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and clients to address inquiries and provide updates
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and methods in HVAC installation
  • Inspect and conduct repairs or replacements on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • HVAC certification (EPA) or equivalent qualifications
  • Valid local driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Acceptable background check results
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Solid mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring schematics
  • Capacity to manage physical workload
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to participate in rotational on-call duties
  • Availability for overtime work, including weekends
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
