Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate tasks to service personnel, including hiring, scheduling, prioritizing work, conducting meetings, and providing training and performance evaluations.
- Inspire and develop technicians to maximize their productivity and enhance their technical and sales skills.
- Offer technical assistance to field staff via radio, phone, or on-site support.
- Review technician documentation daily to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and maintain the professional appearance of service vehicles.
- Manage the dispatching of plumbing technicians to align with customer requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to plumbing technicians.
- Regularly engage with customers to foster loyalty and address any issues.
- Assist management with data collection and reporting tasks.
- Conduct site assessments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
- Proven leadership experience in achieving team and organizational goals
- Familiarity with industry standards and plumbing practices
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of economic and market influences on business operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with the capability to execute daily operational objectives
