About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to join our team at Lam Research. As a key member of our Global Operations Group, you will be responsible for leading our test engineering team and managing stakeholder relationships with partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new products
  • Support the transition of new products from development to production
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test engineers
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of issues with test equipment and assemblies
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of goals and expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in test engineering processes and practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
  • Experience in testing electro-mechanical products and systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with wafer fab equipment manufacturing, operations, and product testing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and managing a test engineering team
  • Experience in working with Global Operations and external suppliers
