Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ascentec Engineering LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and lean manufacturing principles.
- Optimize production methods, material flow, tooling, assembly methods, and equipment to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and apply new processes and technologies.
- Document, test, and evaluate processes and equipment for new products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage schedules, resources, and budgets for engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams to provide feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Identify and address manufacturing challenges through root cause analysis and lean methodologies.
- Contribute to the design and installation of new production machinery and equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology.
- One or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
- Leadership and communication skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Analytical skills, including strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and devise contingency plans.
- Capacity to analyze complex data and reports to make effective decisions.
- Adaptability, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities.

In a typical day, the employee will spend time in the office and on the production floor, where the noise level is low to moderate.
