Job Title: Mitigation Specialist

At Paul Davis Restoration of Charlotte, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-disaster condition.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mitigation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.
