Job Summary:

The United States Postal Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Processing Specialist. As a Mail Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the processing and handling of mail, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and process mail, including letters, packages, and parcels
Operate various mail processing equipment, including sorting machines and conveyor belts
Maintain accurate records and reports of mail processing activities
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth mail processing operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
