Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate airport operations, including ground handling, baggage handling, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train a team of airport staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety and security protocols.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve airport operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on airport operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; aviation experience or education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to safety and security.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
