Job Overview

White Management Corporation is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team in Plattsburgh, NY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean and maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Stock and manage inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Previous cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.00/hour
