Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Inside Sales & Retention team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling the value of DISH's products and services to new and existing customers, using a consultative approach. This is a full-time position, working on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information and provide excellent customer service
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $20.50/hour, uncapped commission, and opportunities for career advancement. Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
