Job Title: Financial Manager

At Sales Demo Master Client - WFN4.0, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the financial status of the organization by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and supervise accounting staff to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on financial matters.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements.
