Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and Design: Collaborate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and define solution requirements. Bring your creative ideas to life by developing new solutions using Apex and other advanced technical solutions.
  • Test and Implement: Ensure the quality and functionality of your solutions by rigorously testing and deploying them. Your work will ensure smooth rollouts and high-performance operations.
  • Solve Problems: Troubleshoot and debug solutions with a keen eye for detail, ensuring any issues are swiftly addressed and resolved.
  • Simplify and Document: Create clear and comprehensive documentation and implement tools that make each solution intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to maintain.
  • Maintain Excellence: Keep existing solutions in top shape by performing regular maintenance and enhancements to ensure they continue to meet high performance and technical standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Innovators: 3 years of experience in building Apex solutions or a comparable mix of education and experience. If you're a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background, we want to hear from you.
  • Self-Starters: You're someone who thrives on autonomy, capable of creating and executing project plans with minimal supervision. Your initiative and drive set you apart.
  • Effective Communicators: Strong communication skills are essential. You'll be interacting with project stakeholders, capturing requirements, and providing clear status updates on progress.
  • Quality Focused: Experience in capturing requirements, developing, and performing QA functions on Apex solutions is highly desirable. Your attention to detail ensures high-quality outcomes.
