We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Professional to join our team at Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and Educate staff on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Foster a Positive Safety Culture within the team by promoting a culture of safety enhancement.
  • Attend Safety Meetings as required, at varying frequencies, to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Conduct On-Site Observations and recommend safety work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Facilitate Pre-Task Planning, audits, job safety analyses (JSAs), and permit processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct Site-Specific Orientations, training classes, and toolbox talks to educate employees on safety procedures.
  • Generate Reports as needed by the job site to ensure accurate and timely reporting of safety incidents.
Requirements and Experience
  • Minimum of 7 Years of direct construction safety oversight experience.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Construction Safety Standards.
  • Demonstrated Expertise in diverse construction and safety practices.
  • Preferably Experienced in ground-up construction safety oversight.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Effective Leadership and Mentorship Abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proven Ability to Collaborate with teams across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills to effectively communicate safety policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
Education and Credentials
  • Minimum Requirement of CHST Certification. ASP or CSP Certification preferred.
  • Degree in a Safety-Related Field or equivalent experience preferred.
