About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deli Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Display a friendly and outgoing attitude, with good eye contact and body language.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
  • Utilize technology to complete tasks and activities.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
