Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure hardware and software at multiple sites
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware issues, including connectivity, performance, and user access problems
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to client staff regarding hardware and software
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance procedures in a clear and organized manner
  • Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proven experience with hardware deployment and related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware diagnostics, and software troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations
  • Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver within the client's environments for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching to access and install hardware
  • Ability to navigate stairs and confined spaces as needed
