Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, statistical models, and big data analysis to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Build predictive models to improve customer retention, reduce eCommerce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain our Customer Data Platform (Segment) and ensure data governance is upheld.

Requirements
