Job Overview

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced Workday Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional post-production support, project management, and service delivery.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Workday implementations, project management, and client success to drive growth and satisfaction for our clients. You will oversee tasks, manage resources, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand client needs and drive value through our services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and upsell within existing accounts.

Project Management

You will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Workday-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This includes coordinating with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and manage project deliverables, tracking project performance, and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery.

Post Production Support

As a Workday Services Manager, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Workday environments, ensuring optimal performance and issue resolution. You will oversee troubleshooting efforts, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of support requests, analyzing and reporting on support metrics to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven client success experience within the technology staffing or consulting industry, preferably in servicing and supporting Application Management Services (AMS) clients. A strong background in post-production support and project management for Workday implementations is essential, along with excellent client relationship management and communication skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to client support and service improvement.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
