Job Title: Phlebotomist

Management Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in the laboratory process, ensuring the accurate collection and processing of patient specimens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process blood and other specimens from patients, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Label, centrifuge, and store specimens according to laboratory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of specimen collection and processing.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth specimen processing and testing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff.
Requirements:
  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
