ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Availability for on-call emergencies or assistance at all times.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively without direct oversight.
- Maintain a professional appearance and business image.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Review daily shift logs and monitor surveillance systems regularly.
- Assign personnel to daily activities and manage emergency requests.
- Provide the team with updated schedules bi-weekly.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with team members and participate in team meetings as necessary.
- Conduct regular visits to employees across various shifts to ensure engagement, rotating every two weeks.
- Deliver training to new hires and follow up on performance assessments.
- Reassess employee skills and performance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with handbook regulations and building policies.
- Document all employee interactions.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure punctuality in reviewing and correcting clock-in/out records daily.
- Track and report attendance issues to the HR department prior to employee discussions.
- Facilitate employee requests for paid time off through proper channels.
- Provide necessary forms for sick leave, days off, and vacation requests.
- Complete incident reports immediately and submit them to HR.
- Ensure all warnings and terminations are documented and sent to HR with required signatures.
- Recognize that warnings remain valid even if an employee refuses to sign, provided they have the necessary signatures from management.
