ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability for on-call emergencies or assistance at all times.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively without direct oversight.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and business image.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Review daily shift logs and monitor surveillance systems regularly.
  • Assign personnel to daily activities and manage emergency requests.
  • Provide the team with updated schedules bi-weekly.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with team members and participate in team meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct regular visits to employees across various shifts to ensure engagement, rotating every two weeks.
  • Deliver training to new hires and follow up on performance assessments.
  • Reassess employee skills and performance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with handbook regulations and building policies.
  • Document all employee interactions.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure punctuality in reviewing and correcting clock-in/out records daily.
  • Track and report attendance issues to the HR department prior to employee discussions.
  • Facilitate employee requests for paid time off through proper channels.
  • Provide necessary forms for sick leave, days off, and vacation requests.
  • Complete incident reports immediately and submit them to HR.
  • Ensure all warnings and terminations are documented and sent to HR with required signatures.
  • Recognize that warnings remain valid even if an employee refuses to sign, provided they have the necessary signatures from management.
