Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Officer to join our team at Delaware National Bank of Delhi. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our existing credit portfolios, managing lending staff, evaluating and determining the credit risks of commercial clients through detailed analysis, and preparing Allowance for Credit Losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and expand existing credit portfolios to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage lending staff to ensure effective credit risk management and portfolio performance
  • Evaluate and determine credit risks of commercial clients through detailed analysis and credit reports
  • Prepare Allowance for Credit Losses to ensure accurate provisioning for potential loan losses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending or credit risk management
  • Proven track record of success in credit risk management and portfolio growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with lending staff, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial lending and credit risk management principles
