Job Overview
Skanska is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement design management strategies to ensure project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design principles with construction capabilities
• Foster an environment where creativity, skilled facilitation, and technical proficiency thrive
• Drive the integration of design principles with our commitment to quality and excellence

Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry
• 4+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects
• 8+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education
• Bachelor's Degree – Architecture; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
