Financial Management and Project Oversight
Toole Design is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for the financial health of multiple projects, including preparing invoices, analyzing project performance, and maintaining project accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review project invoices and financial reports
- Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project accounts in our accounting system
- Assist project managers with billing and collection issues
- Communicate with clients, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of project accounting experience
- Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
