About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Design/Project Manager to lead our engineering teams in our growing Alternative Delivery practice in Transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative delivery experience within the transportation community and a history of operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, direct, and manage pre-award and post-award services for design-build projects.
  • Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
  • Mobilize company resources, through coordination with technical groups or partner firms, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of practice.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • 10+ years of working on Alternative Delivery projects.
  • 10+ years of successful project/program management experience.
  • Experience successfully delivering on multi-disciplined or large/complex projects.
