Job Summary:

PuroClean is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers.
  • Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company.
  • Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
  • Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Established sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added.
  • Both internal and external communications are timely and effective.
  • Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.

Compensation:

$40, $150,000.00 per year
