
Chief Physician Leader in Coastal Rhode Island

We are seeking a Chief Physician Leader to lead our Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine service line in Coastal Rhode Island.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a diverse team of healthcare professionals and have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful clinical programs.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service line, including managing staff, budgeting, and making strategic decisions about program development.
Clinically, you will work with patients to diagnose and treat respiratory diseases, such as COPD, asthma, and lung cancer.
You will also collaborate with other departments, such as hospital medicine and thoracic surgery, to provide comprehensive patient care.
In terms of administration, you will spend approximately 25% of your time overseeing administrative tasks, such as budgeting and staffing.
We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
