Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a medical office or practice, with a strong understanding of electronic medical records. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming patients by greeting them, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Scheduling surgical cases for physicians at various facilities, ensuring accurate coordination and communication.
  3. Maintaining and updating surgical schedules daily, confirming accurate completion of H&P and consent for each patient.
  4. Assisting physicians with billing submissions, communicating effectively with patients, clinical staff, and physicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a medical office or practice
  • Electronic Medical Records experience
Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement plan, and paid time off.
