The Client Relations Specialist will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales objectives by delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing relationships with current clients, and facilitating sales activities through the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track and analyze sales performance for designated accounts.
  • Effectively promote and sell the company's standard product offerings.
  • Proactively suggest products or alternatives to clients.
  • Engage with customers to identify additional product requirements and generate new orders.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients and sales partners to evaluate inventory solution offerings.
  • Adhere to established CDMA policies and procedures to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports as needed.
  • Utilize the ERP system (NetSuite) on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming sales and customer service inquiries via phone, email, and website, escalating any complaints as necessary.
  • Address customer issues promptly and tactfully, documenting complaints in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Organize and maintain sales tools, customer data, and product information within the ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Assist with entering Sales Orders and Purchase Order requests as a backup for the Sales Order Processor.
  • Support management and other departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Update and maintain relevant information in databases.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Professional demeanor and time management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service within a professional office setting and/or inside sales.
  • Proficient in data entry and software applications.
  • Experience with consumer products is a plus.
  • Wholesale industry experience is beneficial.

This is a full-time position.
