Job Summary

The Army National Guard is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our personnel support team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our Soldiers and ensuring the readiness, health, and welfare of our personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, maintain, and review personnel records
  • Process recommendations and arrange awards ceremonies
  • Prepare and update requests for evaluations, ID cards, and leaves of absence
  • Maintain filing systems and order office supplies
  • Provide postal and personnel accountability support
Requirements
  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must meet citizenship requirements
