Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Superintendent managing your assigned project.
  • Interpret and comprehend architectural plans and specifications.
  • Support the Superintendent with various project-related tasks.
  • Oversee project initiation and mobilization activities.
  • Draft and manage Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Post and revise all project drawings as necessary.
  • Maintain precise As-Built documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling project activities and milestones.
  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure the job site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Monitor quality control to align with project standards.
  • Organize and maintain project files, plans, and shop drawings.
  • Supervise the completion of the punch list.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations to guarantee a secure work environment.
  • Assist the Superintendent with daily reporting and documentation.
  • Engage in Owner, Architect, and Contractor (O.A.C.) meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.
