The Culinary Service Associate will be assigned various responsibilities and is expected to adhere to standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties may differ based on the specific role assigned within the Culinary Service team.
Key Responsibilities

2. Execute administrative tasks which may include, but are not limited to: responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders; creating and modifying documents, records, and reports using standard software; maintaining filing systems; monitoring inventory and budget data; scheduling and preparing materials for meetings.
3. Complete all mandatory training and maintain the necessary skills to fulfill the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.
4. Student Success is central to Western's mission, and employees may be assigned to different areas or additional responsibilities as needed to support this goal.
5. Stir Fry Cook Responsibilities:
Stir-fry cooks are tasked with opening the station daily, preparing rice, stocking ingredients, and preparing portioned foods for orders, while ensuring a clean work area and serving the chef's special of the day.
6. Line Worker Duties:
Line workers are responsible for adhering to franchise guidelines for product preparation and service, including making sandwiches, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
7. Burrito Line Responsibilities:
Burrito line workers stock and prepare products, serve customers, and ensure a tidy work environment, while also being trained to assist in sandwich preparation.
8. Cashier Duties:
Cashiers manage transactions, operate the POS system, restock items, and maintain cleanliness in beverage and food service areas.
9. Deep Fry/Grill Cook Assistant Responsibilities:
Assistants are responsible for cooking items to management specifications, maintaining food quality, and supporting the lead cook with stocking and preparation tasks.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
