We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team at At Home Stores LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership and team members, driving business results and promoting a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, succession planning, and employee relations, with a focus on creating a culture of inclusivity and respect. A bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of prior Human Resources or Organizational Development experience.

This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results
  • Provide expert guidance on human resources-related matters
  • Maintain expertise in employment laws and ensure compliance
  • Oversee reporting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, offboarding, training, and development
  • Support team members through effective recruitment and candidate selection processes
  • Manage personnel records according to laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR or Organizational Development
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions
