Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate registration data
  • Collect and process patient payments, including cash handling and revenue collection
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
  • Operate computer systems and software to manage patient data and registration processes
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • One year of work experience in customer service and cash handling
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Typing 35 WPM and 10-key proficiency
  • Ability to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment
