Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology/Fluoroscopy Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for preparing patients for radiological procedures and performing radiologic exams with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for radiological procedures and perform radiologic exams following established procedures for patient care and safety.
- Perform high-quality radiologic exams on incoming patients in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
- Protect patients, self, and staff from radiation exposure by practicing sound procedures that meet or exceed recommended industry standards.
- Develop radiological film and process CR and DR imaging.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance.
- Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrate ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- ARRT(R) certification
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
- Permit/Certification in Fluoroscopy
- CPR/BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred
