Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Medical Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of clinical employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
About the RoleAs a Medical Assistant Supervisor, you will:
- Plan, assign, and oversee the daily activities of clinical employees;
- Maintain sufficient clinical staffing levels and adequate medical supplies;
- Ensure compliance with established standards and protocols;
- Provide guidance and support to team members;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field;
- Three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Medical Assistant;
- Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or a similarly recognized certifying organization;
- Current GA LPN license (optional but preferred);
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program accredited through CAAHEP or ABHES (optional but preferred);
