About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our stores, ensuring that our assets are functional and our guests have a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of store assets, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize vendor costs and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure project work aligns with PM priorities and financial goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members on PM procedures and best practices.
  • Identify and execute preventative and corrective maintenance on all building assets and equipment.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic technical skills and general experience working with property assets required.
  • 1-2 years of technical education preferred in areas such as electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing.
  • Experience working in areas such as basic door repair, HVAC filter changing, carpentry, power equipment/mechanical repair, and basic equipment trouble-shooting preferred.
