- Production Operation Support: Act as a business partner to provide strategic direction and technology leadership to the Production Operations team. Partner with members of the Production Operations Senior Leadership team to identify current and future technology needs for the group.
- Internal Application Support: Ensure internal applications are managed effectively to support the needs of the greater Production Operations function. Oversee a team responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of systems.
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Role model appropriate and professional workplace behaviors, address/mediate conflicts, and support a positive, healthy, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring accuracy and appropriate allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve departmental strategies and objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Offer thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization, driving the implementation of innovative information technology strategies and impactful programs to enhance business effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Solutions Design, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in managing information systems, including 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in IT.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a production operations function as an IT Leader.
- Excellent knowledge of production operations technology, with broad-based experience in managing production support or related applications and providing guidance to diverse production-related teams.
- Ability to act as a business partner, understanding service standards and the process for analyzing and recommending solutions to address business needs.
