About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for clients based on local networks, connections, and communities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain a book of business, resulting in residual income year-over-year
  • Collaborate with the HUB International corporate office and regional offices to support business development

Requirements:

  • Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to sell and develop strong relationships
  • Confidence in cold-calling, networking, and developing new business
