About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.

In this role, you will work closely with our Executive Chef and General Manager to ensure that every dish served to our guests meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
  • Work closely with Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ensure accurate creation and presentation of all food items served to guests
  • Responsible for ordering, stocking, and managing inventory levels and quality
