Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Work closely with Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Ensure accurate creation and presentation of all food items served to guests
- Responsible for ordering, stocking, and managing inventory levels and quality
