Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Breakfast: Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns.
- Support Hotel Operations: Assist with various hotel operations as needed, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and front desk duties.
- Positive Attitude and Teamwork: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic English Verbal Communication Skills: Possess basic English verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Food Handlers Certification: Obtain food handlers certification as required by the hotel.
- Physical Ability: Possess the physical ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Computer Knowledge: Be proficient in general computer knowledge to effectively use hotel systems and software.
