Job Summary

The Breakfast Attendant at MCR Hotels is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests during the complimentary breakfast. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  3. Communicate with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  4. Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  1. Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  2. Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Must have basic English verbal communication skills.
  4. Must be able to obtain food handlers certification as required.
