Job SummaryWe are actively hiring for a Radiology Technologist. The Radiology Technologist/Radiographer will perform radiographic procedures, develop an individualized patient plan of care, and inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures
- Develop an individualized patient plan of care
- Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) as required by state
- Successful completion of BLS - CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification
- Certification in radiation technology is preferred
- Physically demanding, high-stress environment
- Exposure to blood and body fluids, communicable diseases, chemicals, radiation, and repetitive motions
- Pushing and pulling heavy objects
- Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients and equipment
- Manual and finger dexterity
- Hand eye coordination
- Standing and walking for extensive periods of time
- Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Corrected vision and hearing to within normal range
- Working irregular hours
