Key Responsibilities- Perform all restoration services offered by the company, including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, and asbestos removal.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure the company's vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.
- Complete the technician's daily log and work orders to track progress and ensure accuracy.
- Complete restoration documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain the appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably experience with the services offered by the company, including truck mount equipment.
- Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services, such as water mitigation, mold remediation, and asbestos removal.
