Job Summary
Aftermath Services is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team in Bayville, NJ. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the successful completion of jobs, accurately estimating project scopes, and handling necessary paperwork. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Actively assist our team in various bioremediation projects to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
• Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in.
• Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
• Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
• Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
• Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
• Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have completed Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.

Preferred Qualifications
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
• XActimate experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction.
• Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
• Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
