Job Overview

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key responsibilities include leading the customer service team, developing and implementing policies, handling escalations, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, enhancing the customer experience, managing customer relationships, overseeing order processing, and implementing training programs.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
