With over two decades of experience in reconstruction, we understand the challenges of being displaced from your residence. Our goal is to restore our clients' properties to their original state as swiftly as possible, without unnecessary complications. Our team collaborates closely with insurance adjusters to ensure claims are submitted accurately and efficiently. We prioritize keeping projects on schedule and within budget by maintaining open communication with clients throughout the process.

Position Overview:
DRYmedic Restoration Services is currently in search of a Reconstruction Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with Mitigation Project Managers to assess new leads and determine the timing for initial recon calls.
  • Entering all new leads into DASH and the Daily Assignment Sheet (DAS).
  • Evaluating new leads and persuading clients to consider reconstruction before inspections.
  • Coordinating inspections for all new leads and informing the Estimator of lead specifics.
  • Following up with clients to confirm job sign-off and readiness for estimates.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings with the Estimator and Director.
  • Assisting the Estimator with follow-ups to carriers as necessary.
  • Keeping insured parties informed about the status of estimate submissions and approvals.
  • Reviewing DASH files for compliance and accuracy, including documentation and notes.
  • Working with the Director and ADR to allocate new jobs to Project Managers.
  • Completing permit applications and coordinating with accounting for payment processing.
  • Auditing the Daily Assignment Sheet for precision.
  • Receiving vendor invoices from accounting, distributing them to Project Managers for approval, and submitting them to the Director for final review before payment.
  • Reviewing and editing time punches for hourly employees and submitting them to the ADR for review.
  • Managing PTO requests and approvals for the Director.
  • Overseeing TPA compliance and file updates for XactAnalysis and Alacnet.
  • Requesting draws and closeout funds for TPA projects.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse manager to schedule vehicle maintenance.
  • Assisting the Director and Recruiter during the onboarding process for new hires to ensure all necessary items are ordered, delivered, and set up.
  • Ensuring all new hires have functioning logins for DASH, XA, Alacnet, Email, etc.
  • Assisting the Director in reviewing field team expense reports for accuracy.
  • Documenting client and carrier payments received in DASH and tagging accounting.
  • Evaluating subcontractor applicants and scheduling their office visits and team introductions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restoration is preferred.
  • Experience in the restoration industry with TPA management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Calendar, and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
