Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelors or Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years management/supervisory/field experience in a similar electrical industrial environment.
• Experience writing and managing budgets, including monthly profit and loss statements.
• Experience presenting project information and outcomes to customers and company leadership.
• Customer interaction skills experience a plus.
• Mechanically inclined background preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, education verification, motor vehicle report, physical abilities test, an approved hair and urine drug screen, as well as periodic, unannounced random testing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain an endorsement to operate a combined vehicle weight up to 26k lbs.
• Ability to lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain a company-paid TWIC, OSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70-E, and CPR training.
