About the Position:

Our Construction Project Engineer Internship is a developmental position supported by the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) Program. This program is a mentorship-based rotational development program with the intention of promotion. You will work hand-in-hand with multiple mentors in various expertise, gaining skills in scheduling, estimating, budget preparation, project cost control, safety management, quality control management, business development, and client relations.

About Pullman Boston:

Our Summer 2025 Internship will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Boston team located in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you can expect to travel regionally across the greater New England area 50% of the time. Our PULLMAN Boston team will tackle projects across multiple industries, with a primary focus on commercial and public sectors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for solving problems.
  • Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites.
