Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Superintendent in the management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Superintendent in the management of construction projects, including the coordination of site activities and the supervision of subcontractors.
* Monitor and report on project progress, including the identification of potential issues and the development of solutions.
* Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
